We always want your items to reach you in great condition, so at First State Comics we will always pack in the best way possible. We also recommend you insure your packages for extra safety. As much as we'd like to, we can't always control how a package will be handled in the mail.
There are a variety of ways to ship your package. Here are some of the ways most shipments are sent. If you'd like to know of a different way to ship an item because of special circumstances, please call us at 1-800-998-8806 or email us. Describe the circumstances (I need it here/there tomorrow!) in your email and we will get back to you right away!
Normally, we will give you an estimate on shipping for your order and tell you how much will be needed with your payment. If you would like to check out shipping rates, access to that information is provided below.

Please note that whether a package is insured is completely up to you. First State Comics will not be liable for or replace any merchandise damaged in shipment that was not insured.
The first $100 of insurance on items mailed via United Parcel Service is free. Anything over $100 in value will require additional insurance if desired.
Insurance via the USPS varies, and you should either contact First State Comics to check on rates or check out the USPS World Wide Web page.
If you received shipment via the USPS, overseas or domestic, it depends on whether or not your package was insured or not. If you did insure your package, please contact us right away and we will make arrangements to have your merchandise replaced.
