REGULATIONS AND RULES:
By entering the First State Comics Internet Raffle, you automatically agree to all of the following rules and regulations. If you saw these after entering and would like to withdraw, please email us at "service@fschobbies.com".
1. Only one entry per person address.
2. Winner will be notified and may be announced in rec.arts.comics.misc and rec.arts.comics.marketplace newsgroups as well as our newsletter and other sources.
3. Void where prohibited.
4. Winner is responsible for all taxes and liabilities that would incur.
5. First State Comics may use the name and general physical location of the winner (i.e. your town, state, and country), and how the winner used the gift certificate for advertisement. Example: Steve Summers of Philadelphia, PA won a $25 gift certificate in the First State Comics Internet Raffle and used it to buy a Fantastic Four comic!
6. First State Comics will pay for the first mailings postage on prizes sent through the mail.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Entry form must be completed.
9. Employees of First State Comics and their families may not enter.
10. Anyone purposely spamming First State Comics in any manner, including purposeful multiple entries within a single raffle, will be disqualified from all raffles and contests by First State Comics.
