First State Comics: The Art of Ken Kelly - Series One..............One of the very first art card series that card maker FPG came out with was Ken Kelly's - and what a choice to make! Ken Kelly is definitely one of the most talented fantasy artists around today. Many of the neat, action oriented, airbrushed art pieces seen in this series are images of a Conan-type character (though not named so: probably for copyright reasons). But Kelly doesn't just do those: science fiction and the bizarre are also found (like a football quarterback handing off the ball. Seems normal until it's apparent the quarterback has a skull instead of a normal head and face!).
